So, this is a little surprise gift for Kamikam70 who has been supporting me a lot lately (: He had a crazy good score for the last Decadence round, but sadly his opponent was a bit stronger. So this is my gift as a reward for him doing so well and taking the time to support me in making my art (:

I like how the piece looks, it's just as spontanious as the idea itself. Lots of blue, which fits Excillam perfectly (: He kinda reminds me of Lance, but then in blue mode xD I love drawing capes :3 And I'm surprised how scarrish Flachion scar looks, didn't know I could pull that off

Nice shading and colouring; nice character design and oh well, POKEMON, you can't go wrong with that

I agree with Dragonair that his hair are nicely drawn, but I also agree about the jaw, its a little bit too pointy. I understand its a style and it doesn't have to be realistic, but I think it could be a little more round, especially (our) left side is a bit too flat. Other than that, I think some of the lines could be a little more smooth, they seems a bit "shaky" (if thats even a word xD). But nice job overall!
