Mika Manga I || Page [1/4]

Well, this needs a bit of explaning. Ever since I created my Bleach OC Mika, this scene has been stuck in my head. I really wanted to show it to you, because it gives a very accurate display of Mika's character. However, I didn't want to get stuck on details and be working on this comic for ages. So, I really tried to keep my lines quick and didn't think to long about details. This page alone still took me like 4 hours But, that's why the quality is so bad. Don't expect it to improve much xD

About this scene. Mika is taking a group of new recruits out Hollow hunting. These Shinigami's have just entered the 13th Division and have not achieved Shikai yet. As I described in her reference sheet, Mika guides a lot of the lower ranking Shinigami in the squad, especially those who just entered from the academy. Hence this scene (:

Introducing:

- Angry ass Hollow who doesn't love trees!
- An artist who just discovered clip studio's special effects at the last panel!

Edit 05-01-2016;; As I said at the uploading of page number 4, I will be redoing page 1 and 2. Boy, am I glad I did! This looks a 100 times better than it did at first. Note, I didn't change the line art one bit. I just added screentones, aka, shading.
